The total value of the above plant and property constituting a single and continuous property through- __ out and operated in more than one county in Montana belonging and assessed to the Northern Pac ific Railway Company in the State of Montana on the first Monday in March, 1921 was 25,955 The total length of the Main line and Side tracks belonging or controlled by Northern Pacific Railway Company in the State of Montana on the first Monday in March, - 1921 was $.55 and 0.82 miles. respectively The average value per mile of Main line and side track as assessed to the Northern Pacific Railway Company in the State of Montana and in Jefferson County apportioned to Jefferson County was $ 6,690 and $60+9.00 respectively (This valuation per mile is the same valuation per mile as assessed to said property and owner by the State Board of Equalization in each and every county in Montana in and through which the same is situated and operated). The mileage, the average value per mile and the total value of the Main line and side track in each of the legal subdivisions of JeffErson County and in Jefferson County, as determined and apportioned by the State Board of Equalization, is as follows: No. of Miles. The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County must make and cause to be entered in the proper record book an order stating and declaring the length of the above prop- erty within Jefferson County; the assessed value per mile; the total assessed valuation within Jefferson County; the number of miles and the assessed value in each incorporated city and town, and in each school, or other taxing district in Jefferson County through which such property extends, as fixed by the State Board of Equalization. This shall con- stitute the assessment value of such property for taxation purposes in such cities, towns, school and other taxing districts. The County Clerk must transmit a copy of said order to the city or town council, trustees or other legis- lative body of each incorporated city and town, to the trustees of each school district and to the authorized authorities for other taxing districts in Jefferson County through which such prop- erty extends.
