Monitoring by our office includes review of certified payroll reports and jobsite visits, which occur as work proceeds. Jobsite visits: • Provide information and assists your company's supervisors and the supervisors of any subcontractors with questions about Montana's prevailing wage law • Verify that the prevailing wage rates for the project are posted in a"prominent and accessible site on the project or staging area" • Allow for the interviewing of employees about their duties and rates of pay • Verify that each contractor employs at least 50% bona fide Montana residents I had the opportunity to introduce myself to Craig French on Monday the 201h. I also notified him that I would be monitoring the payment of prevailing wage.
