Parker, his attorney,' and the Board having heard the evidence and the argtaLient- of counsel, f. now finds the following facts; f (1) That the road mentioned and described in the petition F herein was for more than thin -five gears last east known, used and traveled over by the hi4blic as a public highway. (2) That said road leads from Clancy to Helena, Hontana, and accommodates a number of farmers and miners, and that it is necessary for then to travel over that road to reach the - ,,-)ostoffioe, r,.arket and railroad station at Clancy. a (3) That 7 . 1..
