RES 1989-22 CLASSIFICATION OF COUNTY RESOLUTION 29-89 WHEREAS, Section 7 -1 -2112, MCA, requires the Board of County Commissioners at its September meeting to make an order designating the classification of the County, and WHEREAS, the taxable valuation of Jefferson County now exceeds $20 million dollars but is less than $30 million dollars, and WHEREAS, Section 7 -1 -2111, MCA, states that such valuation constitutes a third class county. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that effective the 1st Monday of January, 1910, Jefferson County is hereby designated a third class county.
