RES 1986-21 APPROPRIATION OF PILT MONIES RESOLUTION NO. 21 -86 WHEREAS, Section 7 -6 -2218, MCA, provides authority for the Board of County Commissioners to appropriate money received from the federal government during a given fiscal year for which no prior appropriation was made, and, WHEREAS, Jefferson County has received $27,111.00 in P.I.L.T. funds in excess of that which was anticipated in the fiscal year 1987 budget, and, WHEREAS, immediate adoption of this resolution as an emergency measure is necessitated by the demand for payment of liability insurance premiums thus requiring adoption of this resolution as an emergency resolution pursuant to Title 7, Chapter 5, Part 22, MCA, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners hereby allocates the unanticipated P.I.L.T. monies as follows: The sum of $23,245.45 to be expended for the purpose of funding liability insurance premiums; the sum of $3,865.55 of such funds shall remain unallocated. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution, as an emergency measure, becomes effective this date. DATED this 1st day of December, 1986.
