RES 1985-16 MONEY FOR CENTENNIAL MINERAL RESOLUTION - `' WHEREAS, Jefferson County has received $5,425.00 from Centennial Minerals, Inc. the provision of consultant services for the review of the socioeconomic impact of the Montana Tunnels mining project, as required by Montana's Hard -Rock Mining Impact Act and MCA 90 -6 -307 (3); WHEREAS, the budget for fiscal year 1986 did not anticipate this revenue; WHEREAS, MCA 7 -6- 2320(3) makes special provisions for amending the final. budget; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners that the FY1986 budget will be increased by $5,425.00 (Special Revenue Fund 2275 Hard Rock Impact), and that the revenues of the various funds will be increased based on the mill levies, and that the expenditures for the consultant services will be increased in the same manner as the money is distributed. ug "s K.
