RES 1984-05 COUNTY CLASSIFICATION RESOLUTION NO. L�j WHEREAS, Section 7 -1 -2112, MCA, requires the Board of County Commissioners at its September meeting to make an order designating the classification of the county, and WHEREAS, the taxable valuation of Jefferson County now exceeds $15 million dollars but is less than $20 million dollars, and, WHEREAS, Section 7 -1 -2111 states that such valuation constitutes a fourth class county, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that effective the 1st Monday of January, 1985, Jefferson County is hereby desig- nated a fourth class county.
