RES 1982-03 4 DAY A MONTH COMM MEETING JEFFERSON COUNTY, MONTANA RESOLUTION NO. 3 -82 WHEREAS, the business of the County of Jefferson has increased in volume to such an extent that is is impossible for the administrative duties of the Board to be fully realized and implemented, the present time allotted, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, desirous of working in compliance with Chapter 7, Title 5, Part 2122, in establishing a policy whereby the business of the County can be fully reviewed and acted upon to completion without undue pressure because of a time limit, and WHEREAS, the volume of business which must be reviewed by the Board has made it necessary to forego usual proceedures in reviewing the functions of the various offices and the problems that arise with the administration of these offices, and WHEREAS, the Board feels that by meeting for a four day session to complete the monthly duties of the Board, as the business of the county requires it, and for such period of time it is necessary for four day meetings, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, MONTANA, that in accordance with the above statute, the Board will meet in four day sessions each month, beginning with the March 1982 session, for as long as the situation requires.
