RES 1980-14 SOLID WASTE CASH FROM ROAD RESOLUTION NO. 14 -80 _c BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Whereas, the Solid Waste Program initiated as a Joint Project with Broadwater County has, of necessity, caused a profound shortage of cash within the Solid Waste Cash Fund, and Whereas, The Board of County Commissioners has designated the amount of $66,993.03 from Lieu of Taxes Payments, under Title 7, Chapter 6, part 2218, to be set aside for a road project, and Whereas, the project of a new shop for the County Road will not be iniated until at least the last spring of 1981, and Where the groundwork for the Solid Waste Program has been a great deal more costly and needed to be started before the fund was financially solvent, and, Whereas the cost per unit household for the Solid Waste Program has been increased with the 1980 tax assessment in anticipation of the additional cost, Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, of Jefferson County, Montana, that the amount of $66,993.03, previously set aside for the Road Fund Cash from Lieu of Taxes, be transferred to Solid Waste Cash for a period not to exceed two years.
